Pistachio Ice Cream Yule Log 1.4L 1010g

Ingredients: Milk, cream, Fair Trade sugar, pistachio puree (10%)(pistachio nuts, vegetable colours: chlorophylle, curcumin), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, milk chocolate (cocoa solids 44%: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, milk powder 21%, cocoa butter), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters, thickening agents: carob bean gum, guar gum.
