  • We deliver the second Wednesday in every month between 6.30 - 8.30pm

  • We deliver to Darley Abbey, Allestree, Quarndon and Duffield. For other areas please enquire to Sally@just-ice.org

  • We will check if you have an allergen when you first subscribe and make sure we do not deliver tubs containing that. However, we have a small kitchen, so it’s worth knowing that we use dairy, eggs, soya, gluten & nuts all in the same kitchen

  • Yes please! We will send a welcome email to your gift recipient

  • We will deliver a different flavour each month from our current range as a surprise. However, if you are not a fan of surprises then let us know and you can pre select your flavour :-)

  • Absolutely, just cancel your existing package and take out a new one. Email Sally@just-ice.org to let her know so you don’t lose out on your free gifts at 6 and 12 months.

  • Simply email Sally@just-ice.org and we will not deliver any more ice cream once we have received your email (unless it is the second Wednesday and we are already out delivering!)

  • We do offer a 6 month vegan subscription, but after that some flavours may be repeated, depending on the season.
