Silky Chocolate Yule Log

Ingredients: Milk, cream, chocolate 17% (Direct Trade chocolate 15%(Cocoa solids 71%: Cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter), Fair Trade sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, milk chocolate (cocoa solids 44%: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, milk powder 21%, cocoa butter), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters, thickening agents: carob bean gum, guar gum.
