Our delicious artisan ice cream with gorgeous chunky mini eggs smashed up and mixed through. We use Waitrose teeny tiny Mini Eggs because they are Fairtrade. It is not the whole egg that is fair trade, just the cocoa mass, but its a start, and it is the only fair trade mini eggs on the market as far as we know (well done Waitrose). Easter Egg  Ingredients  

Milk, cream, fair trade sugar, Fair Trade milk chocolate mini eggs 9%(milk chocolate (72%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (lecithin), vanilla extract), icing sugar, sugar, modified maize starch, colours (anthocyanins, riboflavin), spirulina extract, caramelised sugar syrup), egg yolks, skimmed milk powder, dextrose. Allergy advice: For allergies see ingredients in bold. This product is made in the same kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, soy & nuts. Keep frozen at -18 or below. For best results, remove from freezer 10 minutes before enjoying. Best Before: see base.
